Essential Duties

Include all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care

• Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
• Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1-year clinical experience as an RN or 1-year clinical experience as an LPN
• CPR Certification
• Caregiver must have compassionate and great time management skills
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
