Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care
- Assess patient needs
- Develop and revise care plans
- Supervise CNAs and LPNs
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to promote patient well-being
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company standards
- Implement departmental policies
- Provide clinical supervision
- Support patient recovery and well-being
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s)
- Active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
