Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice
• Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care sensitive to cultural diversity
• Partnering with patients and families to align care with their goals
• Ensuring safe, efficient care delivery through effective communication and documentation
• Supporting performance improvement initiatives
• Promoting evidence-based practice and research

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Current RN licensure (single or multi-state)
• Basic Life Support certification
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is preferred
