Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
- Ensure supervision aligns with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies.
- Maintain established standards of practice as set forth by the community’s administration and nursing policies and procedures.
Education/Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Schedule

Pay
- Wage: $39.00 – $43.00 per hour.
