About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments, and revising care plans accordingly
- Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, and ensuring care aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Implementing departmental policies, goals, and procedures, and fostering excellent patient service with a positive attitude
Qualifications & Skills
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s)
- Active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
- Preferred experience in skilled nursing
- Demonstrated reasoning skills, good judgment, effective communication, and teamwork abilities
