Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) in a skilled nursing environment, providing high‑quality patient care across all shifts, including PRN, part‑time, or full‑time positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered nursing care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and update care plans accordingly.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring adherence to care standards and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures effectively.

Key Duties

• Provide quality nursing care and evaluate patient conditions.
• Supervise clinical staff.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Preferred minimum of one year of skilled nursing experience.
• CPR certification, either obtained upon hire or during orientation, must be maintained.
