Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Performs the nursing process, advocates for patients, collaborates effectively, and supports performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensures care aligns with evidence-based standards, promotes cultural competence, and partners with patients and families to meet individualized goals.
- Contributes to a respectful, inclusive clinical environment through documentation, teamwork, and participation in research and quality initiatives.
- Supports professional development by mentoring, completing competency assessments, and adhering to healthcare policies and standards.
- Participates in protocol development, resource management, and patient care planning across the continuum.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred)
- Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state)
- Basic Life Support certification
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice
