Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluations and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide compassionate care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Supervise daily activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Diploma in nursing (associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
- Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Preferred at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification or obtain during orientation.
