About the role

Be the steady, patient presence that makes someone's day better. As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll help with the small things that mean the most — meals, light housekeeping, conversation, and dignity in the moments that aren't glamorous.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Medication reminders
  • Document changes and communicate with care coordinators

Requirements

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently in a client's home
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check
  • CNA / HHA certification is a plus, not required

About the role (HHA)

Hands-on, certified caregiving for clients who need a little more help than companion care. HHAs are the backbone of the team — clients see you more than they see family some weeks.

Responsibilities (HHA)

  • Personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring
  • Mobility assistance and fall prevention
  • Vital sign checks per care plan
  • Meal preparation following dietary guidelines
  • Maintain accurate care notes

Requirements (HHA)

  • Current HHA certification (Nebraska)
  • Strong physical stamina for transfers and mobility support
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Comfortable with electronic care documentation

About the role (RN)

Lead the clinical side of care — assessments, plans, and the moments that need real medical judgment. You'll partner with families and care coordinators to keep clients safe at home.

Responsibilities (RN)

  • Conduct in-home nursing assessments
  • Develop and revise care plans
  • Medication management and education
  • Train and supervise HHAs in the field
  • Coordinate with physicians and discharge planners

Requirements (RN)

  • Active Nebraska RN license
  • 2+ years clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication with families and providers
  • Comfortable driving between client homes

About the role (Scheduler)

You're the person who makes sure the right caregiver is at the right home at the right time — and that the family always knows what's happening. Equal parts logistics, empathy, and follow-through.

Responsibilities (Scheduler)

  • Build and adjust client care schedules
  • Match caregivers to client needs and personalities
  • Primary point of contact for families
  • Track caregiver hours and time-off requests
  • Escalate clinical concerns to nursing

Requirements (Scheduler)

  • 2+ years in home care, hospice, or healthcare scheduling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable juggling 30+ active cases
  • Familiar with care-management software
