Service areas: McLean, Oakton, Vienna, Reston, Falls Church, Herndon, Great Falls.
Pay
$50 to $55 per hour
Schedule
Flexible schedules. Visit times needed: 7:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–7:00, weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing client assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs and physician orders
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and catheter management
- Monitor vital signs and assess changes in client condition, informing the Supervising Nurse and physician as needed
- Document care provided accurately and effectively in electronic medical records
- As directed by the Supervising Nurse, provide guidance and support to LPNs and Home Care Aides
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience, with at least one year in-home care or a related setting preferred
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English; other languages are an asset
- Current USA, VIRGINIA RN license in good standing
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in the US to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required
