Responsibilities

• evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments
• revising care plans based on patient condition changes
• delivering compassionate care to promote patients’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• providing clinical oversight to CNAs and LPNs

Qualifications

• active RN license
• nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s)
• CPR certification
• preferred experience in skilled nursing

Schedule
