Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals (NPH) provides specialized care for patients with acute psychiatric and complex medical needs through an interdisciplinary, multi‑specialty approach. The organization is expanding across Indiana, Michigan, Texas, Ohio, and Arizona and seeks Registered Nurses to join its team delivering life‑changing behavioral and mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values.
• Assesses patient needs and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Maintains continuity of care by relating effectively with other shifts.
• Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participates in education, maintenance of records, and skills development of personnel.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Ohio.
• One year of experience in mental health, behavioral health, med‑surg, critical care, or ER nursing (preferred).

Pay

Base hourly rate between $40 and $45 per hour, based on experience. Additional differentials: $5 per hour for night shift, $7 per hour for weekend day shifts (Saturday and Sunday), and $10 per hour for weekend night shifts.

Schedule

Full‑time positions only. Shifts are 12 hours with a rotating weekend schedule.
