We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts to help us provide life-changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs who can work full-time hours only. Shifts are 12-hours and have rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
• Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care.
• Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
• Demonstrates exceptional compassion and passion for quality patient care while serving an underserved population.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• License: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Ohio.
• Experience: One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, or ER nursing experience preferred.

Pay

• New hourly rates between $40 – $45 per hour based on experience
• $5 per hour night shift differential
• $7 per hour weekend day shift differential (Saturday and Sunday)
• $10 per hour weekend night shift differential

Schedule

Full-time only. 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
