RN Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
- Build and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Valid and active New Jersey RN license
- No experience required
