Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times.
• Guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our residents.

Requirements

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state (new graduates welcomed).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.

Skills (Nice to Have)

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment.
• Experience with PointClickCare.

Pay

Salary range: $50 – $55 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts: All shifts! Full‑time, part‑time, and on‑call positions welcome.
