Character Attitude Respect Excellence The Resident of North Ridge in New Hope, MN is looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, starting with carefully monitoring their condition and needs.
• Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments.
• Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor for side effects.
• Report any changes in the condition of residents.
• Oversee the nursing assistant‑registered (NAR) staff to make sure resident care plans are being followed.
• Complete documentation as well as admit and discharge residents.
• Report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect found when caring for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Uphold facility policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.
• Take pride in the difference made in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required
• Trustworthy and respectful of others
• Dependable, professional, and a team player
• Enjoy serving and caring for seniors
• Able to establish good rapport and communicate effectively

Schedule

These full-time healthcare positions work 8‑hour shifts: Evening Hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
