Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
- Provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition and needs.
- Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments.
- Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed and monitor for side effects.
- Report any changes in residents’ condition.
- Oversee nursing assistant‑registered (NAR) staff to ensure resident care plans are followed.
- Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents.
- Report bruises, skin tears, or signs of neglect.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements and facility policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service, building relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the Kansas Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Desire to work with the elderly.
- Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
- Trustworthy and respectful of others.

Pay
Competitive salary up to $38.50 per hour (depending on experience) with sign‑on bonus opportunities.
Schedule
12‑hour shifts, working 6 pm–6 am on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
