About the role
We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic and caring clinical team at McPherson Health and Rehab in McPherson, KS. This rehabilitation nursing position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Pay
$35.00 - $38.50 per hour, with a $5,000 signing bonus depending on years of service.

Responsibilities
- Provide total care for residents, including monitoring their condition and needs
- Follow physician orders to administer medications and treatments
- Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed
- Monitor for side effects and report any changes in resident conditions
- Oversee nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure resident care plans are followed
- Complete documentation, including admitting and discharging residents
- Report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect observed during care
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements and facility policies
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues
Qualifications
- RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
- Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required

Schedule
Full-time, 12-hour night shifts.
