Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This position offers the autonomy to manage your own patients, build meaningful relationships, and deliver high‑quality care in the home, whether supporting recovery or providing comfort‑focused hospice care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
