Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role

Deliver quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments.
• Revise care plans based on changes in patient condition.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) daily.
• Implement department policies.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
• Current active RN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation).
• Preferred: one year of skilled nursing experience.
