About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and support within a family practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care through in-person and telephone interactions, including pre-visit and post-visit support
- Document patient information, lab findings, and preliminary orders in the Electronic Medical Record
- Assess patient needs, identify emergencies, and initiate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure care adheres to organizational standards
- Provide culturally sensitive care and complete required competencies
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Skills
- BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- At least one year of RN or LPN experience
- Experience with phone triage and EMR systems (EPIC)
