Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the health and well-being of individuals supported, ensuring timely follow-up care.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all medication administration procedures, policies, and inventories.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate direct support staff and LPNs in nursing practices and medication protocols.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and electronic health records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with families, advocates, physicians, and team members to provide person-centered care.
- Respond to health emergencies, conduct clinical assessments, and coordinate post-discharge care.
- Provide medical coverage across assigned sites and review RN on-call reports as needed.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 1 (one) year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.

Pay
Starting wage: $74,287.32 – $82,823.64 annually, commensurate with experience and internal equity plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
