Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments.
• Be a team leader.
• Afford residents comfort and safety by advocating for them.

Requirements

• An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, skills, and attention to detail are essential for residents' comfort and safety.
