Responsibilities

• Manage operations of your assigned unit
• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
• Assist in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
• Ensure established infection prevention practices are maintained
• Affirm adequate staffing for resident's needs

Requirements

• An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable
