About the role

We are currently searching for a nurse to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Guttenberg Care Center. Conveniently located for candidates from Prairie du Chien, WI, Elkader, Garnavillo, Edgewood, Strawberry Point, Monona, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of your assigned unit.
• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Absorb and instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Maintain established infection prevention practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing for resident's needs.

Requirements

• An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
