About the role

This job opportunity is located in Armstrong, Iowa. We are currently searching for nurses to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at Valley Vue Care Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of your assigned unit.
• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Achieve a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Maintain established infection prevention practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs.

Requirements

• An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
