Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership, direct nursing care, and oversight of resident services in a long-term care setting. This role is ideal for nurses who value accountability, teamwork, and delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise, support, and guide LPNs and CNAs/GNAs
• Participate in care planning, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety, and infection control practices

Requirements

• Current, active RN license in the state
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Commitment to quality care, compliance, and resident advocacy

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting, repositioning, and assisting residents as needed
• Bending, stooping, and reaching
