Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Country Lane Manor is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The position involves delivering top-quality care to residents in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and best practices
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during your shift
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident conditions and communicate updates to care teams
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide wound care, collect specimens, and assist with diagnostics
• Ensure resident safety and uphold all infection control standards

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• Mental health experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care is preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
