Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role

IVX Health is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. You will deliver personalized, compassionate care, administer treatments, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. This role supports both on‑site and virtual supervision of infusions and contributes to improving patients’ lives.

Schedule

Primary work locations are in East Memphis with occasional assignments in Collierville and Olive Branch. Shifts consist of 4‑10 hour periods and may include occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by administering infusions and injections with precision, both on‑site and virtually.
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families about treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross‑functional teams to enhance care coordination.
• Support operations by managing inventory, handling prior authorizations, and ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Work at multiple facilities within the designated market as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills, including experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation with experience using EHR systems and a solid understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
