About the role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents
• Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care
• Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license in the State of Connecticut
• Current CPR certification
• Availability to work every other weekend

Recent experience in long-term care or acute care is preferred.

Schedule

Part-time, 24 hours per week on the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).
