About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments
- Revise care plans based on patient condition changes
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Implement departmental policies and procedures
- Contribute to team efforts
- Maintain high standards of patient care
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Preferred one year of skilled nursing experience
- Excellent customer service
- Positive attitude
- Reasoning skills
- Good judgment
- Effective communication within an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Maintain CPR certification and licensure
- Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in a healthcare environment
