Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Gallaway Health and Rehab. As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare services, providing direct patient care, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experiences

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Emotional stability and ability to handle stressful situations
