Join our dedicated nursing team at Park Avenue Extended Care, where your expertise and compassion will make a difference every day. We’re seeking Registered Nurses for all shifts to help lead and deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating and directing daily nursing department operations
- Ensure nursing staff comply with job descriptions and uphold professional standards
- Participate in facility surveys and compliance audits as required
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor and maintain high standards of nursing care
- Address patient and staff complaints, escalating issues to the Director of Nursing Services as appropriate
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Dedication to quality patient care and effective teamwork
