Responsibilities

• Provide direct, resident-centered nursing aligned with individualized care plans.
• Partner with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to achieve the best outcomes.
• Assess, document, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management and interventions.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and support CNAs, fostering a positive and professional team culture.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• A commitment to providing compassionate, resident-first care
