Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our outstanding clinical team. If you're passionate about delivering quality care and making a difference in the lives of others, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and quality standards.
- Take an active role in facility surveys and inspections, and assist with implementing improvements to elevate patient care.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey
- Strong commitment to compassionate care, resident safety, and professional excellence
- Excellent team collaboration skills and a passion for improving the quality of life for those we serve
