About the role

Excelcare at Egg Harbor is seeking a Registered Nurse who will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
• Administer medications and treatments per physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Compassionate, collaborative, and resident-focused mindset
