About the role
English Rose is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Residential team. The ideal candidate values collaboration, a supportive environment, hands-on care, and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site direct care and supervision during the week.
- Participate in on-call one evening per week and every 4th or 5th weekend.
- Ensure residents' well-being through the delivery of exceptional, high-quality hands-on care.
- Support, train, and coach team members.
- Be instrumental in providing overall care management.
Requirements
- Current MN RN license in good standing.
- Dementia experience is required.
- Excellent assessment, verbal, and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Valid MN drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Geriatric patient care preferred.
- Experience working with comprehensive licensure or assisted living preferred.
