Job Description

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration tasks.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors, and families.
• Complete required record keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart and document per facility policy.

Requirements

• Willing to pick up shifts at facilities located in Wisconsin.
• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in a long‑term care setting (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Natural problem‑solver with a customer‑service orientation.
• Committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and staff.
• Open to working as a new‑grad RN, nursing student, travel RN, or permanent RN seeking a stable facility.
• Enjoy working with people and handling everyday challenges with a smile.

Pay

Flat rate of $50 per hour.

Schedule

8‑week contract with a minimum of 32 hours per week, rotating every other weekend. Flexibility to set your own schedule at any client location, with the option to extend the contract based on client needs.
