About the role

Edenbrook of Fond Du Lac, a skilled nursing facility in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is part of the Eden Senior Care network. The facility is recruiting positive, happy, and reliable full‑time and part‑time Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient care, lead nursing assistants, and support the overall resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day‑to‑day activities of nursing assistants.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration tasks.
• Communicate changes in a resident’s clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisors, and families.
• Complete required record‑keeping for admissions, discharges, and transfers; chart and document per facility policy.
• Provide customer‑service‑oriented care and maintain professional interactions with residents, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in a long‑term care setting (preferred).
• Natural problem‑solver with a positive attitude and ability to handle everyday challenges with a smile.
• Commitment to professional, caring interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time shifts as needed.

Pay

• $7,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time hires.
• Shift differentials:
  • PM shifts: $2.00/hr.
  • NOC (night) shifts: $3.00/hr.
  • Weekend AM: $1.00/hr.
  • Weekend PM: $3.50/hr.
  • Weekend NOC: $5.00/hr.
• Tuition reimbursement / student loan repayment up to $5,250 annually.
