Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

Bethany Lutheran Homes is seeking a skilled nurse to join their Bethany Riverside community. This position provides assistance to rehab, geriatric, and memory care populations, including coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to rehab, geriatric, and memory care populations
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Administer medications as needed
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday

Requirements

• Current license to practice in the state of Wisconsin as Registered Nurse
• CPR certification
• Background checks are ran after an offer has been made, and offers are contingent upon successfully passing a background check
• Previous experience working in long term care or previous acute care experience is preferred

Qualifications

• Expertise in chronic geriatric diseases is a plus, but training will be provided

Pay

• Starting wage is between $39.50 to $43.00 + per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Wage reviewed at six months
• PM, NOC, and Weekend differentials apply based on shift worked
