About the role
DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work in an outpatient dialysis center. Excellent paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Work with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, applying a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice.
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
Qualifications
- Flexible Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts (alternating Saturdays), Sundays off.
Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease management.

Pay
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Schedule
- Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts (alternating Saturdays), Sundays off.
