Registered Nurse RN

About the role

DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work in an outpatient dialysis center. The position offers excellent paid training and provides care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way, similar to how you would want your own care to be.
• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, using your head, heart, and hands each day.

Requirements

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• A degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing (Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N), or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program).

Qualifications

• Flexible Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts (alternating Saturdays), with Sundays off.

Schedule

• Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10-14-hour shifts (alternating Saturdays), with Sundays off.
