Registered Nurse RN

About the role

DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. Excellent paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• No prior dialysis experience required
• Training may occur in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
• Float to various clinics during and after training
• Full-time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts (alternating Saturdays)
• Sunday's off
• Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families
• Support and rely on a positive team environment
• Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities
• Conduct patient observations, measure stats, and set up machines under the support of PCTs
• Work in a fast-paced environment with your head, heart, and hands each day

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree

Benefits

• New York Exempt: $66,300.00/year
• New York Non-exempt: $16.00/hour

Pay

The Wage Range for the role is $40.00 - $55.00/hour. Registered Nurse ICHD Intermediate: $40.00 - $42.25/hour.
