About the role

DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient dialysis center. Excellent paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way
  • Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Support and rely on a team in a positive environment
  • Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of nursing skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Current RN license in state of practice
  • CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree

Qualifications

  • No dialysis experience required
  • Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
  • Float to various clinics during and after your training
  • Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts (alternating Saturdays)
  • Sunday's off!
