About the role
DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient dialysis center. Excellent paid training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way
- Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families
- Support and rely on a team in a positive environment
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of nursing skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
Qualifications
- No dialysis experience required
- Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
- Float to various clinics during and after your training
- Full-Time schedule working 3-4 days/week, 10-12-and/or-14-hour shifts (alternating Saturdays)
- Sunday's off!
