About the role
Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to residents in a senior living community setting. Duties include administering medications, performing daily health assessments, assisting with activities of daily living, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Perform daily health assessments and document findings
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and mobility
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of senior living community protocols
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
