Responsibilities
- Execute high-level patient assessments and interventions, maintaining meticulous documentation that drives superior resident outcomes.
- Transcribe physician orders with 100% fidelity to the care plan and manage complex medication administration via MARs.
- Act as the primary liaison with pharmacy partners to ensure the seamless delivery of new orders and treatment changes.
- Collaborate with a high-functioning team of MDs, therapists, and nursing leadership to execute comprehensive treatment plans.
- Serve as a dedicated clinical resource, ensuring every resident receives the "Complete Care" standard of dignity and medical excellence.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Wisconsin.
- A commitment to clinical rigor and a compassionate approach to long-term care.
