About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and updating care plans based on condition changes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care
- Supervise CNAs and LPNs
- Ensure patient well-being across physical, mental, and psychosocial domains
- Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- Interpret policies and uphold standards of care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license in good standing
- Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's)
- Preferably at least one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification required and must be maintained
- Demonstrate reasoning skills, good judgment, and effective communication
Key Duties
