Registered Nurse RN

Job Summary

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience caring for tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients in a home health setting.

About the role

Care Options for Kids, pediatric home health nursing, offers dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, allowing nurses to focus fully on their patient and use clinical judgment with confidence. Nurses build consistent relationships with both the child and their family.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs
• Provide focused, one-on-one care in the home
• Build consistent relationships with patients and families
• Use clinical judgment with confidence
• Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment
• Receive real clinical support as needed

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
