Job Summary
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience caring for tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients in a home health setting.
About the role
Pediatric home health nursing at Care Options for Kids is intentionally different. You will provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and use your clinical judgment with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs
- Build consistent relationships with both the child and their family
- Practice nursing with focus, purpose, and support
- Work in a calm, controlled environment with 24/7 on-call clinical support
- Access to respiratory therapists for training and mentorship
- Receive PPE provided in every home, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer, aligned with CDC safety guidelines
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
