Registered Nurse RN

Job Summary

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience caring for tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients in a home health setting.

Care Options for Kids offers a unique nursing role where you can provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, focusing fully on your patient and using your clinical judgment with confidence. This role involves caring for pediatric patients with high acuity needs while building consistent relationships with both the child and their family.

Responsibilities

• Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs
• Build consistent relationships with both the child and their family
• Provide focused, purposeful, and supported nursing practice
• Work in a calm, controlled environment with 24/7 on-call clinical support
• Access to respiratory therapists for training and mentorship
• Use of PPE provided in every home, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer, aligned with CDC safety guidelines

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical from within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
